Measles, Smallpox, Polio, and Rubella Shots

Can anyone help me sort out my child's immunization record. I know some shots are combined but I am not sure exactly which ones. Are measles, small pox, rubella, and polio all lumped together in one shot? And what is DPAT?

It can be confusing looking at immunization records and figuring out the abbreviations.

MMR is a combination of measles, mumps, and rubella.

IPV is your polio shot.

DPaT is diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis combined.
