I have pretty much exclusively breastfed my son for the last 6 months. I need to get him switched over to the bottle within the next 6 weeks. I have no choice in the matter.
Any mom's have any tips on how I can make this easier on both of us, but especially him.
I would first use a breast pump and get him used to drinking from the bottle and then gradually switch over to formula. Give him a week or so of drinking breast milk from a bottle first though. (If you have time)

I don't think I would be comfortable breastfeeding and I will have to go back to work full time when my baby is about 6 weeks old.
I am catching a little flack and starting to feel guilty for my choice of bottle feeding, is it that bad?
