1. Most wigs require washing every two to three weeks.
2. When washing your wig use a mild shampoo. You should only use warm water and never hot water. You can soak it in a shampoo and water solution for 15 minutes or so.
3. Never scrub because it causes tangles.
4. Squeese the shampoo through from top to bottom.
5. Thoroughly rinse with warm water.
6. Then follow up with a conditioner soak. Your wig will look much better is you use plenty of conditioner as well.
7. Squeeze the conditioner through from top to bottom as well.
8. Rinse your it thouroughly with plent of warm water.
9. When combing your wig start at the bottom and work your way up to the top. Always brush downward and not upward.
10. You can set your wig and allow it to dry naturally or use a warm blow dryer is desired. Avoid extremely hot temperatures.
11. After the it is completely dry you can brush the it into the style you like. You may also use a curling iron on your natural (not synthetic) wig if desired.
