Blowdrying your hair

Cecilia (Guest) Said,

I can either blow dry my hair or let it dry naturally and use a curling iron. Which one will do the least amount of damage to my hair?

Brenda (Guest) Said,

It all depends on what kind of equipment you are using. I would think that blow drying your hair on a cooler setting would be the better than a hot curling iron. I would also make sure I was using a brush or comb that doesn't damage my hair while I was styling it while drying.
