Gourmet coffee has gained in popularity these past few years. I love to get and receive gourmet coffee gift baskets! Hint hint.

There are so many flavors and blends to choose from these days and no matter how small your town, you should be able to find gourmet coffee locally.

I have seen people make up gift baskets with gourmet instant coffee and while that is nice, I like to use gourmet coffee beans in mine.

If the person you are giving the gift to does not have a grinder you must either include one or else grind the coffee beans beforehand.

You can include a paperback, coffee mugs, shortbread cookies, biscotti, or even a couple candles to the basket.

I like to always include some coffee syrup in mine to add a little height to the basket. Not only is it great in coffee but it makes the basket look so much prettier.

You can theme your coffee gift basket to a certain flavor if you want and include candles and other food items to match. For example raspberry, find items that all taste or smell like raspberries. You might even include a raspberry colored coffee mug.

Coffee gift baskets are very popular because so many people drink coffee, and even if they prefer decaffeinated coffee that is no problem. You can find gourmet decaffeinated coffee quite easily these days.
