Baked Chicken and Rice Recipe

One of my favorite meals to make is chicken and rice, it takes all of 5 minutes to get it ready for the oven and turns out good every time. Simple and easy yet tasty are my favorite type of recipes.

How To Make:

Ingredients:

2 cups minute rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I sometimes use cream of chicken instead)
1 cup water
1 frying chicken cut up
1 package dry onion soup mix

Directions:

Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan with uncooked rice. Mix both soups with the water and pour over the top and stir it all together. Place chicken skin side up over the mixture and sprinkle it all with the soup mix.

Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 2 hours and 15 minutes, don't peak though.

I have also used this with pork chops and that works well too.
