Not all chocolate fudge recipes are created equal. My mom has been making this chocolate creme fudge recipe for years and it is the best fudge I have ever had. She always has lots of people asking for the recipe she has tweaked to perfection, it is that good.
4 1/2 cups sugar
1 - 13 ounce can evaporated milk
1/4 cup margarine
1 - 8 ounce jar marshmallow creme
1 - 12 ounce package of Nestle semi-sweet chips
1 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 Tablespoon vanilla
Mix sugar, milk, and margarine and bring to a boil and boil for 7 1/2 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chips, stir until melted. Add marshmallow creme, walnuts, and vanilla and mix well. our into buttered pan and let cool When set cut into squares.
Approximately 3 pounds of yummy delicious chocolate fudge.
