My daughter and I enjoy baking and she really likes to make peanut butter cookies. This is the peanut butter cookie recipe that we have found that makes the best tasting cookies.

How To Make:

Ingredients:

1 cup shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs (beaten)
3 cups flour
1 cup chunky peanut butter

Directions:

Cream shortening, sugar, and eggs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Drop on greased cookie sheet and press with fork. (that is my daughters favorite part, I have found a little cooking spray on the fork makes it easier for her).

Bake at 400 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes.
