One of my family's favorite chocolate cookie recipes is one called chocolate crinkles. It is one of those cookie recipes that we always double because they don't spend much time in the cookie jar.

I am looking for tried and tested chocolate cookie recipes that I can add walnuts to. I would prefer they not have to be refrigerated before baking, but if the cookies taste good enough then it would be worth it!! Can anyone share their's with me?

Tim Said,
I am sure my grandmother used to freeze chocolate chip cookies. Basically can I freeze any kind of cookie for a few months and them still be good? I realized they won't be quite as good as fresh from oven but they have to be better than store bought ones. Don't they?
