Freezing Baked Cookies

Tim Said,

I am sure my grandmother used to freeze chocolate chip cookies. Basically can I freeze any kind of cookie for a few months and them still be good? I realized they won't be quite as good as fresh from oven but they have to be better than store bought ones. Don't they?

Jennie Said,

I freeze my cookies all the time. The cakier cookies don't hold their consistency quite as well but they all taste good.
