Crab Legs

Trish (Guest) Said,

I would love to make my husband a fancy dinner and would like to make crab legs but I need some advice on how to cook them. They are too expensive for me to make a mistake!!!

Johnnie (Guest) Said,

It is not hard just bring a bunch of water to a boil (add a teaspoon or two of salt to it)

Throw in your crab lets and simmer for about 6 minutes and they are good to go!!

Good luck on your dinner.

C.L (Guest) Said,

Make sure you have everything else done and ready to go first. That way you can serve the crab really hot, it doesn't take long to cool off!!

Make sure your crab is thawed, I know some people freeze it and it needs to be thawed before you boil it, and take care not to overcook it. Pull it out right away don't leave it in the water to keep warm.

Okay tuna was on sale the other day and both my husband and I stocked up. Then my grandma stopped by with some because she had seen the sale too. Now I have a ton of tuna, way more than we can use for just sandwiches. Anyone have any inspiring recipes that use canned tuna?

I have never really cooked fish for my family (frozen in a box just doesn't cut it anymore) and due to my husband and son's health I need to start serving it a lot. Can anyone give me some good recipes that center around fish that I can try making. Even simple tips on how to cook it healthy so it tastes good would be appreciated.

I would love to get more creative with shrimp and pasta but I don't know where to start. Don't get me wrong my family enjoys the white sauce I buy in a jar but would love to change it up some and maybe lower the fat content a bit.
