I make these for my grandkids all the time!
I melt 2/3 cup of chocolate chips and 2/3 cup of butterscotch chips together with 1/2 cup of peanut butter. (I use the microwave)
Then I add 1/2 cup of marshmallows and either rice or chow mein noodles. I don't usually measure the noodles though, maybe a cup or so? I just stir them in making sure they are well coated.
I drop them on waxpaper and put them in the refrgerator to cool and set up.
We call them haystacks at our house.
Hope this is the recipe you were looking for.
Nothing tastes so good as homemade caramels. I love this recipe because it always turns out yummy. They are not hard to make and they are so worth the 30 minutes it takes.

Tessa Said,
My aunt used to make my brother's and I this candy treat that was made with crunchy noodles and peanut butter. I have no idea what else is in the recipe but I would love to make in for my kids if I can find the recipe somewhere. Ideas?
