Okay this may be a dumb question but can you make a cake like a carrot cake with some other vegetable other that carrots? Not a baker so I really don't know.

I seem to remember my grandma making a zuccini cake but I don't remember just how similar it was to carrot cake. I will ask my cousins and see if they remember.
