I can remember my mom making this quite a bit when I was growing up. I was a bit of a picky eater but even I would go back for more porcupines. I liked it best when she made it with homemade rolls and a big garden salad. I find myself making it quite often for my own family.

Casseroles are great but you don't always have the time to get it all ready for the oven and bake it too. When we are short on time and I want to make something the whole family really likes I rely on my old Goop recipe.

I can cook and I can bake but I cannot fry chicken. It is either burnt or not done. I can make a heck of a milk gravy from the drippings but I would love to be able to fry chicken. I need someone to give me step by step instructions on how to fry it so it gets all the way done without burning. I usually do it on the stove without a lid, is that my problem?

What is the best way to cook pork chops so that they are tender. Mine always seem a little tough so I know there must be a better way to cook them.
