I am interested in hearing from those that have tasted it as well as those that have successfully grown it. It sounds like something I might like to try and plant if it is worth the time and tastes good. I like both brocolli and cauliflower by the way.
I just purchased some broccoflower from a farmers market in Lancaster Pa. I have not tried it yet I am not sure how I should cook it so any advice would help a great deal.....
It is absolutely delicious we steam it a lot but you could basically cook it any way. Broccoflower is excellent in a stir fry.
