Woodpeckers and Hummingbird Feeders

My husband says I must be hallucinating, I say I saw the woodpecker actually drinking the sugar water. Anyone know anything about woodpeckers and if this is common for them to do? I know what I saw!

Jillian, you are not crazy we have the woodpeckers at our hummers & baltimore feeders we also were surprised to see this. They seem to like the baltimore feeders the best.
