Attracting Finches

I have my feeder out, but nothing.

We have a tube feeder with thistle seed hanging on our porch, but, no finches yet. We also have a bird bath and hanging suet feeder. We have another feeder that is more for all birds that contains a mix along with black oil sunflower seeds. Have not seen a finch yet. Help !!
