Growing sweet corn; we have a problem with some of the ears....

Debra (Guest) Said,

We have many ears that look and taste wonderful; but some of them have kernals that are "bloated" looking and gray in color. What can we do to ensure that this won't happen next year and also not spread through the rest of the corn patch? Thank you for any help you might render. :-)
