After the daffodil flowers bloom, then the yellow flower falls off leaving only the stem, do you cut them back? If so, how far down to the ground? If not, should you do anything to whatever is left?
Don't cut the daffodils back!! While the plant is still green it is giving off nutrients to the bulb.

I brought with me lots of bulbs from the daffodils that I had grown where we used to live. Now that we have moved south I am thinking that these bulbs will not bloom here and I may need to either find a different flower or try a different type of daffodil. Any thoughts?

Or are daffodils and jonquils the same thing and people just call them by different names. Very confused here (I am trying to do a project for school).

In my research it never actually said they are just different names for the same flower but I am beginning to think that narcissus and daffodils are the same. Anyone confirm?
