Gardeners familiar with Wave varieties know that they are not your grandmother's petunias. Now the key is to harness the flower power of these frothing, foaming wonders to create new and unusual effects in the garden.

Roses have a wonderful fragrance and are the ultimate flower when it comes to romance. Roses are also easy to grow although for many years they were thought of as being a plant that required extra TLC. I have many roses throughout my garden, many colors and sizes too add to my gardens. For the best production, I have found that my roses need their individual space. They do not do well competing with other plants for room. Find a level space that drains well and preferably offers a southern exposure where the morning sun and afternoon shade reach.

When I try to deadhead petunias, I never know if I should be taking off just the dead flower, or pinching off the stem part that it grew on. Could somebody please tell me what to do? Thank you.

After the daffodil flowers bloom, then the yellow flower falls off leaving only the stem, do you cut them back? If so, how far down to the ground? If not, should you do anything to whatever is left?

I just purchased some petunias at a craft show and they are in small containers and I have put four of the containers in a larger containers. Will they last through the winter? If you think so, how do I tend to them?

my zinnias were so nice, that I pulled some of the plants and potted them. They are growing and blooming on my enclosed porch now, but how can I save them to re-plant in my flower beds next year?
