Gas FlameWhen it comes to you and your family's safety you can't be too persistent or diligent.  I recently thought I smelled gas in my home so I called the fire department to check it out.  I knew they could get there the quickest.

My bathtub's hot water will not shut off all the way, most of the time. Sometimes it is just a rare drip, sometimes I can get it all the way off, and others it is a really fast drip. I know I need to get this taken care of but wondered if anyone had any advice on what it is and if it is something I need a licensed plumber for.
