Fan Forced or Base Bake?

Can someone help me understand my new oven by explaining what fan forced bake and base bake are? My oven has me so confused!!

I can give you a little information.

If yours uses the heating method called base bake then your oven is heating from the bottom element only.

Fan forced bake is when you have a heating element at the back and a fan circulates the heat. I guess you could say it is similar to a conventional oven, but I think it is better.
