When it comes to replacing a range hood is there anything I should know before I attempt this home improvement project?
It really isn't too hard to replace one, just follow the instructions. The only tip I can give you is to look into if you need ductwork or not. Even that is not hard though. If your current hood is vent free and the new one you want is vented you will need to install the ductwork to vent it outside.

I would really appreciate cooks sharing their experiences with me and preferences when it comes to either gas or electric ranges and cooktops for cooking. All opinions will be very appreciated.

We are looking at making an offer on a house but it has an induction cooktop and I am not familiar with it. It was a selling point in the kitchen so I am thinking it is good what do you all think?

I am trying to figure out the differences between halogen and ceramic radiant. The only thing I have figured out so far is burners on a halogen cooktop appear to be more expensive.
