Jim (Guest) Said,
I am really hoping that changes are coming around to make it easier to sell my house. I guess I should say changes coming around that making it easier for other's to buy houses as well. I have had lot's interested but they could not secure the financing.
Anybody have any imput on whether the recent economy changes are going to help in the near future? I still live in the house and am having no problems making the mortgage but I would like to buy a home a little closer to where I work, one with more yard.
