Vinyl Sheet or Vinyl Tile Floor?

First off I have never done any kind of home improvements concerning floors but I think I can handle it. Which is better to have sheets or tiles in the kitchen and which is easier to install.

Sheet flooring in your kitchen will be more durable than tiles in my opinion. Less chance of water damage from the seams.

I have installed both many times and the vinyl tiles are easier but if you are at all handy I would put sheet flooring down, especially in a kitchen.
You are a lot less likely to have problems later down the road with your floor.

Should have mentioned that inlaid vinyl flooring is more durable than standard as well. Big benefit went it comes to homes with children or rentals.
