Gas Flame When it comes to you and your family's safety you can't be too persistent or diligent. I recently thought I smelled gas in my home so I called the fire department to check it out. I knew they could get there the quickest.

When the firemen came in two of them thought they could smell gas but when they got out there equipment it didn't show a reading. I have both a gas powered furnace and hot water heater so they checked both areas. They also went up into the attic to make sure nothing was wrong there.

Getting some new windows put in my house. I hope I made a good decision.

I am in desperate need for some new windows but cannot afford to do them all at once. I picked some good ones out and have three of them replaced here in a few weeks. My house is older so I had to special order them because of size, the frame is rotting out so it will have to be rebuilt, and my house is stucco. Someone that I believe will do an excellent job is going to put them in for about 100.00 each. Does that seem like a fair price? I think I am getting an excellent deal here.
