Their voice is a deep-pitched croak that is carried over distances of a quarter mile in the forest.

What do they eat?

Bullfrogs will eat almost any moving prey that they can catch, and if their prey doesn't struggle in their mouth, they will sometimes spit it out. Their normal diet consists of insects, minnows, crayfish, and the larger frogs have even been known to catch and eat little birds and small snakes!
