Asonia Connecticut

We took a hike at the Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center (in Connecticut) and really enjoyed it. We especially liked the butterfly and hummingbird garden there.

People's State Forest in Barkhamsted has some great hiking too. Plus canoeing and fishing. You can snowmobile there in the winter and I think we are going to try to get up to Connecticut this winter to do that.

Sharon County's Audubon Center is so nice for hiking with the whole family. A definite stop while on vacation in Connecticut, for our family at least.
