What if the groom won't be getting a ring?

Due to medical reasons my future husband won't be wearing a wedding band. So how do we do it in the ceremony when he gives me a ring but I don't have one to exchange with him?

Is there a specific song for the father and bride dance? I want something really special for my dad and I to be able to dance to at my reception. I am leaning to butterfly kisses but am wondering if there is something more traditional.

Where is a good all inclusive honeymoon destination?

We don't want to spend a ton on our honeymoon but want to go somewhere for a week or so. I have heard about places that you pay one rate and that includes everything, anyone been somewhere that is nice?

Asking for an r.s.v.p.

We are planning on serving a dinner at the reception but I need to try and figure out for how many people. Can I ask people to r.s.v.p. for it? Anyone we invite to the wedding will be welcomed at the dinner.

How do you know how many people will come?

I know not everyone you send an invitation to will come to the wedding but how do you figure how much cake, punch etc.. that you will actually need? The reception will be right after the wedding at the church.

Favors at a wedding

I just may not be very observant but i don't remember ever getting a favor when I attended a wedding. It is part of the protocol do I have to have something? Can I just skip that part and not be breaching etiquette?

I could sure use some help from anyone that has any ideas. I just got engaged and want to have a western themed wedding and reception. The wedding will be outdoors at my future in-laws ranch and we will have the reception there too.

Cash bar or do we pay for it all?

We are trying to finalize all our wedding plans and have decided we want to have a bar at our reception and dance. I don't think we can afford to pay for all the booze though. Is it a big no no to have a cash bar?
